health care. mike was chairman of avon lpc from 2009 – 2013 overseeing a period of significant change at the lpc and being instrumental in developing the role of the lpc across avon. fiona mullins bsc (hons) fiona originally qualified as an occupational therapist after studying at college of medicine university of wales, cardiff. fiona practiced as an occupational therapist specializing in mental health from 1996 to 2002. fiona worked in various teaching hospitals in london including: whittington hospital, st bartholomew’s hospital, homerton university hospital. after a move to essex, fiona became head occupational therapist in 2001 at the mental health unit at the princess alexandra hospital. she went onto develop her interest in education and took on a development role with addenbrookes nhs trust in partnership with university of east anglia. after 7 years working as a clinician fiona decided to broaden her career by taking the role as a healthcare management consultant
